How it works

A shared report is a time-limited public link that gives read-only access to your crawl report. No Crawlibri account is required to view it.

What's visible in the shared report

  • Overall health score and radar of 8 axes (crawlability, SEO, performance, linking…)
  • Indexability funnel (crawled → 200 → indexable → errors)
  • SEO score distribution by range
  • Top 20 detected issues (critical + warnings) with URL and message
  • 4xx pages with incoming link count
  • Sitemap coverage and budget waste

Creating a share link

  1. Open a completed crawl
  2. Click the "Share" button
  3. Choose the validity period (7, 14 or 30 days)
  4. Copy the generated link and share it

Revoking a link

To disable sharing, click "Revoke link" from the same button. The link becomes immediately inaccessible.
