Exporting data to Google Sheets

Connect your Google account to export crawl data directly into a Google Sheets spreadsheet, ready to share or analyze.

Google Sheets export is available on Pro and Agency plans.

Connecting to Google

Before exporting, you need to connect your Google account:

  1. Open a completed crawl
  2. Click "Export to Sheets"
  3. If your account isn't connected yet, click "Connect Google Sheets" and authorize Crawlibri to access your Drive
  4. The connection is remembered — no need to reconnect for future exports

What the file contains

Crawlibri automatically creates a Google Sheets file with two tabs:

Tab Content
Summary Health score, global metrics, issue summary, sitemap coverage
Pages Full list of crawled pages with URL, HTTP code, SEO score, title, H1, meta description, depth

Disconnecting your account

To revoke access, go to Account Settings → Google Sheets section → Disconnect.
